2023 saw the first pilot Folkestone & Hythe Sustainable Futures Forum event – hosted at the Burlington Hotel.
This free event, attended by approx 90 people, consisted of 8 TEDx style talks – delivered by local people with inspiring community and business projects and ideas. The event also featured breakout activities including speaker Q+As, guided discussions, networking, workshops, and opportunities to find new partnership, support and collaborations.
The event provided the opportunity for anyone interested in sustainability to join the conversation – creating more joined up thinking and breaking down silos. You can still watch the videos of the speakers talks via the Talks tab or link HERE
